Buying a pattern from zachsumano.com means you agree to what's below. It's short on purpose.
What you're buying
A digital pattern file, licensed to you personally. See the pattern license for what you may and may not do with it.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Patterns are tied to the account and email you bought with. Don't share your login — the watermark makes it traceable anyway.
Downloads
Each purchase includes a reasonable number of downloads. Hit the limit and I'll reset it if you ask. Automated or bulk downloading gets access revoked without a refund.
Corrections and updates
If I find an error, I publish errata and issue a corrected file. You get every future version of a pattern you've bought at no cost, for as long as this site exists.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown before checkout and processed by a third-party payment provider. See refunds.
Liability
Patterns are instructions, not guarantees. I'm not liable for wasted yarn, failed gauge, or a finished object that doesn't fit — though if a pattern is genuinely wrong, tell me and I'll make it right.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Material changes go out by email to anyone who's bought a pattern.
