Am I buying the actual sweater?

Nope — you’re buying a digital knitting pattern. You get a PDF and a digital reader in your account library. You supply the yarn and knit it yourself.

What do I actually get when I buy a pattern?

A PDF and a digital reader version, both in your library on this site. The PDF downloads straight to your device, and the reader lets you tap your size once so every number for it stays highlighted all the way down.

What if I find a mistake?

Email me. I publish errata on the pattern page and push a corrected PDF; you re-download the new version for free, forever.

Do you offer refunds?

Digital patterns are non-refundable once downloaded, because I can't un-send a file. If the pattern is broken or you bought the wrong one by mistake, email me.

How many times can I download?

Five downloads per purchase by default, which is plenty for most people. Hit the limit and email me; I'll reset it, no questions.

What sizes do you grade to?

I try to include as many sizes as possible, but if you see a pattern you love and need it in a size currently not offered, please reach out to me, and I can work on getting an updated pattern.
