Refunds

Patterns are digital files. Once you've downloaded one, I can't take it back, so downloaded patterns are non-refundable. That's the rule — here's how I actually behave.

I'll refund you if

• You bought the same pattern twice by accident.
• You bought the wrong pattern and haven't downloaded it.
• The pattern has an error I can't fix, or it isn't what the product page said it was.
• The file never arrived and I can't get it to you.

I won't refund for

• Changing your mind after downloading.
• Gauge or fit problems — happy to help you troubleshoot instead.
• Difficulty level, when the skill level is stated on the product page.

How to ask

Email zachsumano@gmail.com within 30 days with the email address you bought with. Refunds go back to the original payment method within about five working days.

If something's wrong with a pattern rather than the purchase, tell me anyway — see the FAQ. Errata are free and permanent.
